Currently, this device does not support that feature.

I have set up call forwarding to my mobile phone; its voice mail service captures any messages - this means I only go to one location for voice mail recovery. Also my landline number includes vm in the basic service but I don't publish its number very broadly.

Dear priyalcomm,
Please note that Caller ID is supported now but on SkypeOut calls, we expect to make a release during the course of the month to support Caller ID for PSTN on incoming and outgoing calls.
To setup caller ID number a user will have to go to either Skype desktop client or Skype my account page on Skype.com to configure caller ID to be used on outgoing SkypeOut calls.
The software release will be announced via email and it should be done in shortly. Your FREETALK® Connect•Me will update automatically since it supports automatic software upgrades, there will be no need for hardware exchange.

You are receiving this email because you have recently purchased our Freetalk Connect Me Skype Home Phone adapter. We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that eBuyNow will soon release a software upgrade for your device. The upgrade procedure is automatic, however it does require your immediate attention. In order for it to process seamlessly, we have to ask you to verify your settings in the Freetalk Connect Me administration interface.
Please follow the following steps:
1 . Go to the administration interface as described in the "Quick Setup Guide", Step 6, that you had received with your Freetalk Connect Me. If you don't have the Quick Setup Guide with you, there is an online version available on our website. Please click here
2. If you have previously configured your device, you will be taken to the login page. Please login with your Skype credentials.
3. The administration interface will load. Please click on "System Settings" menu option.
4. Under the "Firmware" section, please populate all the fields with your desired settings. Important: Please ensure that an e-mail address is entered. Click on "Save Settings".
NOTICE:
If you haven't used your device before and it hasn't been installed, please do so now by following the steps in the "Interactive Install Guide" online
Over time your FREETALK Connect Me will update automatically, please try to leave it powered up and connected to your network.

I can't even get my box to upgrade the firmware. I'm stuck on version 1.0.5.5.
Any offers of help as I don't get an answer from customer support?
