Freetalk Adapter late in the mail

Would there be anyway to track the package?  I purchased the adapter with a year long subscription.  Would it be possible to enable and get an online number for LA?  Thank you.

I purchased the freetalk agent 2 weeks ago and haven't received it in the mail.  Next weekend I will be moving from Toronto to LA.  I thought I would receive it before the move since it said delivery would take 7-10 business days.
