I placed my order over a week ago. The status is still "processing". I do not understand how it can take this long. I am unable to speak with anyone there. I was told it would ship in the next day or two, but the status is still "processing". Please help.

Update! In my instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service , the blue "Send" button has been replaced with a green Next button, and to file a request via e-mail, we click "Send."
