Echo/Sound Test Service unavailable

The Echo/Sound Test Service is showing a question mark and this message "This person has not shared their details with you."  How do I change it to Online so I can use the service?

If you are on a Windows computer, then you can always access the Echo/Sound Test Service by doing this:

Go to Tools -> Options -> Audio settings. Click on the “Make a free test call” item at the bottom of the screen.
