Which download is the correct 1 for a 10inch sylvania 2.2android tablet. I have tried a few nothing happening.

What i mean is i tried 2 download the android version of skype for my 10inch sylvania tablet.did not work. I tried pc version & mac version. All i was able to create acct. Bhut i cannot download skype. Is there a phone# 4 tech. Support?. This sylvania tab runs on 2.2 android.
