I have the same problem, and im very angry, cause people is harassing me! I've changed my privacy setting a ton of times but they wouldnt set up well, they just get back to public!
I have the same problem, but I think is something related to windows, 'cause I tried changing the privacy settings on linux (ubuntu) and it worked, now I dont recieve any new incoming call or chat... but I havent log in back on windows, worried in case it might be some kind of spyware or something like that... if so many people is having this problem, maybe is a bug??
