unable to call any landline or mobile

Hi,

I am using motorola razr. I am unable to call any landline or mobile number from my skype installed on my mobile. what i can hear on my mobile is the ringing sound but actually the call is not landing on the destination number. kindly help me out

Similar problem, not able to call... "Home Calling Unavailable", not a new problem, been this way for two weeks or more. Talked to Tec weeks ago! Need Help, PLEASE!

Any answer on this? Does Skype allow calling to landline with a paid credit?  Never been able to succesfully connect and no support answers.
