skype on android for htc one not working

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help me here
The problem is that I cannot sign to Skype when using my HTC one
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but that has not worked. I have forced stopped the app and that does not solve the problem.
I have even tried changing my password but to no avail.
Can any body help me please

 go to settings - applications - tick on unknown sources then download this  http://www.freewarelovers.com/android/download/temp/1324032673_Skype_2.6.0.95.apk

and run it

Hey yousef thanks for the link. However I don't have the tick on unknown sources part ob ny mobile. Is there another way?
