can you only use skype video chat through wifi? or can you use it on both wifi and your phone service (3G, 4G). i have unlimited data on my plan and thats why i was wondering

You can use skype through wifi, 3g or 4g. Since 3g's upload speeds are not very fast, video quality will not be perfect.
