group video calling on multiple platforms

If two people have windows 7 PCs and I am using a Xoom Android tablet, can we still do a group video call? How can we make this work? currently only I have a premium account

Unfortunately it is not possible to participate or host a group video call from your Motorola Xoom tablet.

I have Skype Premium, and had hoped I could participate in Group video callings on my Galaxy SII mobile. But it does not seem possible.
Thus, a proposal for development.
