Video problem

I use a samsung tab 10.1. I can not see the person on the other side, just the voice. I dont see any settings to change it not even a help option. Please help

Has your phone two cameras? If not video will not work,if it has go to Skype setting menu & tick video call box

Just noticed you have a tablet,Skype will not give video on most tablets
