Video calling on samsung galaxy s 2 [ Edited ]

I downloaded skype to my mobile. I use it on my computer and it works so tried on my mobile, but click on video call but just can not get any picture . I can hear and they can hear me but can not see eachother. What am i doing wrong ?

Hello to everybode.

I support Skype for many years. PC - Linux - Nokia and now Android.

How can they tell us that video call is not working on GS2 whille working on IPhone and only some androi modesl?!?!!?!?

 I found today a modified Skype app and it works perfectly the video call on my Galaxy S2.

Why Skype I ask you can't do it when others can???

Do you have an arragement under the table with aplle?

It's highly recommended to avoid modified version. Your account security could be compromised. Use it at your own risk...

Maybe, but why 3rd persons can do it and not a hole team?

I guess modified version doesn't add new feature but only bypass the hardware verification.
As explained in the FAQ, Skype don't want to release an unfinished version.

Start skype. On the first home page click the settings button of your mobile(not the onscreen buttons). You will see one "advanced options", inside there you need to enable video calls option. And if you don't see any Advanced Options there then you are using an older version and you need to Update your skype.

i upgraded today to the latest version, but there is NO video option at all !!

i am also unable to remove the application ( i wanted to try and reinstall)
