Video calling is sometimes available, sometimes not. From a single location with stable signal, Skype mobile is inconsistent re: video availability. This is true of both WiFi and cellular data connections. I only call one contact, and my desktop Skype is consistently able to offer a video connection. Can anyone suggest a reason for the inconsistency of video availability via Skype mobile? Thanks for helping.
