Video Calls not supported on BSNL Penta IS701R, Android 2.3 & WiFi , Skype 2.8.0.920 [ Edited ]

I'm using BSNL Penta IS701R (Infotm PAD7) and Video Calls not supported in my device. Please upgrade the skype version that I could use video calls on skype.
