Video Calling in samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

you all are wrong, galaxy tab 10.1 does support video calling just fine however it monitors the bandwidth of your wifi connection and will not allow you to video chat if bandwidth is not sufficient. Up your wifi to n and video chat all you want. In fact with a good wifi n connection the quality of the skype/google video chat far surpasses that of the ipad 2.

I wish you were right, but your answer is not correct. I have wifi set up and running on N routers and my Tab still does not work with Skype. Glad your video works, but once you find out the real reason please let everyone know.

I am about to purchase a Galaxy 10.1 . Does everyone have problems with skype video on these units. I am concerned if I read about all the problems that everyone are experiencing.

Yes, I has the same problem, I could not call my contacts (they could do), and also, the video skype doesn't work, at least I don't see the camara icon.

My child and wife purchased the galaxy 10.1 and it will not support skype .please share what did to get the app to network
