Transfer skype number to cell phone.

Is it possible to Transfer my skype number to my cell phone? I know you can forward the calls, but I want my skype number to be my cell number and not have to pay for something that I have to be on the computer for.  If so how do I do that?

I was looking for the same answer and it looks like yes, you can port the number OUT, but not IN.
