Skype is not working properly on my sony S. Either sound is breaking or Video is not sowing to the other person.

i can`t open my skype account on my sony tablet S. i open the app, type my user ID and pass and said that ID or Pass is not unrecognized. why happen that, if i can use it normally in my android phone, desktop PC and laptop pc??????
