SkypeMe mode (Help!) [ Edited ]

Hi! I am a female, that owns a Android.. And a lot of creeps has been writing alot to me, calling with camera and such, with disgusting names as "Camerasex" Or Etc. 

However, I would like to know where I turn this off.. I have been reading ALOT @google etc.

I cant see those settings that ppl say I should change, and on my Android, I dont know where to find those settings, or if they even are there.. And the wierd thing is, I only get msg'd by random ppl on my PHONE, but when I am on my COMPUTER I get no message's or any history of any type of conversation.. Please help me! Any VALID information is appriciated!

I know that your problem is on your phone, but I can still help you with this by you using your computer (I believe).
Might I ask if you use either PC or Mac?

I understand your frustration. But SkypeMe in 2012? Last time I checked, this feature was removed from the clients several years ago. Are you sure it is really Skypeme, and not simply you letting yourself be contacted by "anyone" ? (can be set on a PC skype client, if not on Android).

The same problem has been happening to me lately. It only seems to happen when I have the skype app open on my android phone. I have skype on my Mac and it does not happen there, unless I have skype open there and on the phone at the same time. I have checked the privacy settings on both the phone and the Mac, and they are set as usual, to only allow my contacts to message or call me. One time when I was contacted by several perverts, I checked the settings on the phone and they had somehow changed to allow calls and messages from anyone. I switched them back and the problem stopped that night. A few nights later the problem happened again, so I checked the settings and they were still set correctly, to not allow messages or calls from non-contacts, but the messages and calls continued. I use skype for business and close family and friends only. I do not wish to be awakened by someone with no respect for the fact that I might be sleeping and no consideration for women in general.
