Skype video calling on Android

Hi can anyone point me in the direction of a good android table (cost around £80) - which works well with Skype Video calling (Ie both front and back cmaera etc)

Cons:
- It doesn't support Android Appstore.
- It doesn't support srt.
- Sometimes the screen doesn't respond to the touch as fast as I would like.
- No video-call. And if you try to, the camera stops working (just reset and don't try videocalling again).

ANY OTHER SUGGESTION ? NATPC ?
