Skype not working in SPice Mi350 model with ANdroid 2.3

I have downloaded skype 2.5 version for android market to my Spice Mi350 mobile handset with ANdroid 2.3 version. It is getting installed but not working when I clieck the application icon it starts signing in and then comes ouut. can anyone hellp me how to reslove this

Oh my God. Pushpa, I am facing the same problem here. In fact, I couldn't believe that such a well-orgnaized software like Skype won't recognize my new Android 2.3.3 based Mobile Phone.

The model of my mobile phone is "SPICE MI-350". (I learn that it is the equivalent of Lenovo A-60, because the manufacturer is the same).

My phone has a Dual-Sim, Dual-Camera (front-facing camera for 'Skyping') and operates on Android 2.3.3. What else is needed to load Skype?

To be honest, Skype gets installed in my phone. But once I log in, it attempts to log in and suddenly quits to display the Desktop / Home Screen.

I am taking it up with Skype (not quite sure whether Skype technical team reads these posts) to resolve the issue.

Hi Friends, I found a partial solution to this problem, While installing skype on my skype mi 350, it asked me -" whether to allow video call ?' Select "No/Cancel", and the login is successful, you can now make skype voice calls to ur friends at no call charges. I can make voice calls to my international friends now without burning my pocket.

one solution for voice call is available but any solution for vedio call
