Skype (Android version) for Pandigital Super Nova Tablet

When I try to download the Android version of Skype to my Pandigital Super Nova tablet, I receive a prompt: "No device available."  I am using the prompts for the Mobile devices, Android version.  My friend has the same tablet and had no problem downloading Skype. I have set up a Skype account and went through all the steps but continue to be unable to download the Skype program.  Any suggestions?

I am able to download skype on my Supernova but the video doesn't work.  I have checked the settings and turned video on but I can't see them and they can't see me   Please help me or fix this problem
