Samsung Galaxy Note - No video (video is enabled)

Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Android 2.3.6. - Skype v2.6.0.95

Yesterday I posted a message explaining the problems I'm having with my android (basically, now, video calls working like voice calls.  One time, just rear camera video, no speaker).

Is someone supposed to help with our problems?  Where could I go for help?

SOLVED!  Tried to uninstall and install a couple of times (always from the android market on my phone) with no positive results and then I unistalled again and installed from my PC and the problem was solved!  Working now!

mine is not working at all! I can see the person i"m calling but they cannot see me! video call enabled, video icon tapped but still nothing happened! help!
