I need videocall in Samsung Galaxy Mini (S5570)

Hi, I need videocall in Samung Galaxy S5570 (mini). this device hasn't got a front camera but it has got a back camera. In this device, the skype app can't make a videocall.

In HTC devices that hasn't got a front camera, the skype app can make a videocall with back camera.

Why my Samsung Galaxy S5570 can't make a videocall with the back camera?

Hola, Yo necesito que mi Samsung Galaxy Mini (S5570) pueda realizar videollamadas. Este dispositivo no tiene cámara frontal pero si tiene cámara trasera. En este dispositivo no puedo hacer videollamadas con skype.

En dispositivos HTC que no tienen camara frontal si se puede realizar videollamadas con la cámara trasera.

Por que no puedo hacer videollamadas con mi Samsung Galaxy S5570 (mini) con la cámara trasera?

As i know, skype vid call just can be used by iphone users,my mobile phone is N5800 xm,it has 2ndary camera,but i cant make vid call in Skype,just voice call, , i ever try to the other android phone,n it cant either-

So I thought maybe a small 7-inch tablet of apple's new series or maybe something else.
