Not being able to talk to a customer service rep is wrong in every sense of the word. I purchased your product which I have found to be utterly useless. I have a new job that DEPENDS on my having a working incoming phone number. IT DOES NOT WORK AND THERE IS NO WAY OF TALKING TO ANYONE AT YOUR ORGANIZATION ABOUT IT. If I lose my job due to the incompetence of Skype, I promise I will pursue EVERY AVENUE POSSIBLE to be compensated. That is a promise.
The phone number I was given is 304-579-4222. The credit card payment was processed. I am scheduled to work this evening. This needs to be IMMEDIATELY addressed.
