This is pissing me off. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, cleared the cache, force closed it again and cleared the cache. I can't get anything but landscape mode on my 4.0.2 updated Nexus. I can't get portrait mode to work at all! This is so frustrating. Why can't you guys get this fixed?!!

I have been unsuccessful getting Skype to work as well.  I deleted the app since it's not working.

Is anyone else have this landscape issue or is it just me?  If so, I'm gonna go take this POS nexus and get a new one.

I tried your tipp today but it still does not work. I cleared the app data, restarted the device and called somebody. Do you have any more ideas or will an update come up?

I too have a problem in turning the speaker on - whilst Skype works perfectly on my Ipad touch

Our problem is  with my wife's Nexus, my HTC TBolt, and my HTC EVO View Tab, Skype works great when logged in. But all three devices log out randomly even though they are all set to "never". 

This makes Skype very unreliable and we need it fixed ASAP as we are travelling abroad soon.

İ am getting an upgrade with my contract and was thinking of getting the galaxy nexus but what do i need to have skype on it? And does it actually work well with calls to and from laptops aswell?
