I am going to visit Europe for the next two weeks and would like to use skype while I'm there to call poeple here in the USA. I have set up my account here in the USA.
If I sign up for USA - Europe calls will I be able to call from *there* on the $8.99 rate?
I can see that I'm able to call from *here* to *there* but specifically, the question is, can I call from there to the USA if my account is opened from here?
