Disconnection problem

Why is Skype for android  disconnecting  every time after being activ in about 20-40 minutes? It just ,,jump out'' itself, and you must log in again and again and again. It happens as I know , in many sorts of Samsung mobile phones(as samsung galaxy SII,gio, R), but Samsung support in Sweden denies that problem -they explaining this depends not of their, but on SKYPE servis. And mobile operaters as Telenor, Telia, Tele2 do no limits of using skype.

I use skype for windows and I'm satisfied, but in android there is something very wrong. I tried to uninstall and did new instaltions some times, but nothing helps. And every time when I do loggin ,the password demands, even I did en instalation without the password and ,, never go off,,.

What is the problem and what can help.

Re: Disconnection problem

[ Edited ]

Hello.

I am in France. My operator is SFR.

I have exactly the same problem with my Samsung GS2 since (I think so) the new release of skype android. And i have to enter my password each time. Shhhhh.

Skype is ok on my two Mac.

Is it a new bug on android?

Re: Disconnection problem

I am having a somewhat  similar problem.  Skype either (a) spontaneously disconnects or (b) goes into an endless loop ("Skype" on the screen but a circular shape (also in white) moving clockwise underneath it); this happens only when using Skype on an Android device (including Samsung Galaxy 2 7.0 tablet, Samsung Galaxy 8.9" tablet, and a Samsung Galaxy Note smartphone).  On our Apple devices (iPad 2, iPad 3, and iPhone 5 (one AT&T and the other Verizon)), there is never a Skype problem.  I am not sure whether to give up Android products or give up Skype . . . .

Anyone else have similar problems . . . or some possible solution(s)?
