Dell streak 7-front camera

When I am on skype on my dell streak 7 it only uses the back camera. How can I use the front facing camera when I am making a video call?

So also have dell streak 7. Front camera worked fine before recent skype update. Now there is no option to change camera when in a video call. Only back camera. Are tgere fixes or updates?
