I have the exact same issue. I got the Droid Razr Maxx for the 4G and the front facing camera so I could video chat to my wife on her iphone and see my son. I am extremely disappointed that I can see and hear them, but they can't see me. It's not the phone, or the provider. It is skype. I hear there are hacked versions floating around that let you force video on it, and make it work. I haven't found one of those yet, so I have downloaded and started using Qik video instead. It works for me no problem. It's too bad skype lost me, my family, and friends as users on this, as we all have or talk to people who have newer android phones, and with this function not working, we're going to a solution that does, Qik to be specific.
