I have the same problem , I think that it is not possible on mobile, maybe ok on PC

Yep, same here!  I'm using Skype on my Galaxy Tab 7 Plus tablet as my main phone and I can barely hear the ringtone, and my volume(s) are all the way up!  Please make it louder or the option to change it to a preferred ringtone please.
