Cannot call out to Skype to Go number - says it doesn't recognize my mobile phone number [ Edited ]

I have gone through EVERY step that I can think of to set this up and it's not working!

I have registered my phone, it says registered on the account page, the number is correct but when I try to call out it says that it doesn't recognize the phone number I am calling from and asks me to put in the country code followed by the "hatch" key?? I think that is why it is saying - I don't recognize this word they are calling it. Are they referring to the "pound" key or the "star" key that we call here?

I'm calling from the USA which the country code is 00 + 1+ (864) + 238-**** (my mobile number)...is this correct? When it asks me to put in the country code and then press the "hash or hatch" key, I don't understand which key they are referring to.

I have the skype to go numbers for the people that I want to call in Brazil, no problem. I just can't get past this step to actually MAKE the call!

Can someone please help me with this? I really would like to get this working. This should be a lot easier than what Skype makes it.

Okay. So I was able to figure out that the "hash" key is what we call here the "pound" key. I entered in my number I am calling from as instructed which is my mobile with the country code + area code + number and pressed the hash key. Then it asked me to enter my four digit PIN number which I did and it said it wasn't correct. I tried this three times and it would not accept. I KNOW it is the correct PIN, I just set up the account today for goodness sake!

How in the world do you get this completed??? PLEASE...can someone from support help?

I have exactly the same issue. Since there is NO phone support (interesting for a 'phone' based service) I hope someone can help us out.
