Alcatel 918D skype issues

Hello

I recently bought an Alcatel 918D and tried to install Skype from Android Market, however, the installation does not complete.

Has anyone experienced this issue and knows of how to solve? Or can someone tell me if this phone is not compatible with Skype?

As per my understanding Alcatel 918D does not have front facing camera

Alcatel 918N which is only for Philippines have front facing camera.

yes all but older ones work better the best is 1.0.0.659
