adding a contact

I'm new to skype and because i could notadd a contact, nor could i receive a video request from a company I was supose to interview with.   we had to reset the interview until 4pm est.   but i cant even find the menu?

Where is the menu screen?  I can't add contacts until I find that menu.  Your home page should have everything on it.   u have lots of FAQ's and helps but if the user can't get to the menu....

The menu is on the Skype program installed on your computer. You can do nothing using the account page on Skype.com.

I've had these same issues for years, this is a disfuntional website.  I thought with their sale to microsoft it would get better or worse but its the same.  How about having a menue window after signing on which lets you go anywhere do anything.  Skype is great but the website needs refining.  I wonder if any of the executives use the free skype?

What is the version of Skype installed on your computer? In Skype go to Help -> About Skype.
