How to add contacts from hotmail?

Hi - I just downloaded Skype today...  I had it a few years ago and during the setup, all my contacts from hotmail were added. However I can't seem to add the hotmail contacts this time round...  all I see are options for facebook.  Can you help?

I too want to know how hotmail contacts are added. already have the Facebook ones.
